高温尼龙6T/66系列: 高耐热性与优异加工性的结合
高温尼龙(PPA)是一类芳香族二酸与脂肪族二胺经过缩聚反应制备得到的特种工程塑料。其复合 材料具有超过265oC的热变形温度和180℃以上的长期使用温度,完全能够满足电子电气和汽车元 件小型、薄壁、精密、轻质、耐热等高性能的发展,在电子连接器、智能电网逆变器、LED反射支 架和汽车领域有广泛的应用前景。
High temperature nylon (PPA) is a specialty engineering plastic produced through polycondensation reaction between aromatic dicarboxylic acids and aliphatic diamines. Its composites feature a heat deflection temperature exceeding 265°C and long-term service temperature above 180°C. These properties fully meet the high-performance requirements of electronic and automotive components, including miniaturization, thin-wall design, precision, lightweight, and heat resistance. PPA demonstrates extensive application prospects in electronic connectors, smart grid inverters, LED reflector brackets, and automotive sectors.
根据二元胺种类的不同,高温尼龙分为PA5T、PA6T、PA9T和PA10T这四大类。根据共聚单体的 不同,还可以进一步细分。诸如PA6T/66、PA6T/6I、PA5T/6T等等。 目前,我司主要专注于开发高温尼龙6T和生物基高温尼龙5T系列化产品。其中,PA6T/66系列产品 (JS-11和JS-12)的特点在于耐热性高、力学性能刚韧平衡,是应用最广的高温尼龙品种。 PA5T/6T系列产品(JS-21)的特点在于成炭性优异有利于阻燃改性、吸水率低、尺寸稳定性好。 PA6T/6I系列产品(JS-31)的特点在于高玻璃化温度赋予优异的高温刚性和耐蠕变性能、 耐热等 级更高,力学强度更佳。
Based on different types of diamines, high temperature nylon can be classified into four main categories: PA5T, PA6T, PA9T, and PA10T. Further subdivisions can be made according to different co-monomers, such as PA6T/66, PA6T/6I, and PA5T/6T. Currently, our company primarily focuses on developing PA6T high temperature nylon and bio-based PA5T series products. Among these, the PA6T/66 series products (JS-11 and JS-12) feature high heat resistance and balanced mechanical properties, making them the most widely used high temperature nylon varieties. The PA5T/6T series products (JS-21) are characterized by excellent char-forming properties beneficial for flame retardant modification, low water absorption, and good dimensional stability. The PA6T/6I series products (JS-31) are distinguished by their high glass transition temperature, which provides excellent high-temperature rigidity and creep resistance, superior heat resistance grade, and enhanced mechanical strength.
